Japanese For Teens

17459_rendered.jpg

This class is designed for current teen students interested in studying the Japanese language.

Students will learn to read and write in Hiragana and Katakana, speak confidently, and gain a strong foundation for their future Japanese studies.

At this time, enrolled students are NOT able to receive high school credit.

Japanese Classes are currently being held online via Zoom Meetings. To receive the maximum benefit of JASH’s online Japanese Language courses, students will need access to a device with a stable internet connection, a microphone, and a camera (such as on a laptop, smartphone, or tablet). Students are strongly encouraged to keep their cameras on for the entirety of each class session.

Enrolled students are expected to turn in weekly assignments and take Term End Tests at the end of each session.

Please contact JASH Language Coordinator Midori Ukita at mukita@jas-hou.org for details.
