Japan Festival 2016, we will be commemorating the 5th anniversary of the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami while recognizing the special bond of friendship between the United States and Japan that was further strengthened through the combined relief efforts of Operation TOMODACHI.
This friendship will be celebrated at the JASH booth with TENUGUI for TOHOKU!
In addition to offering traditional tengui towels for purchase and hosting workshops that showcase the various uses of tenugui, we will be promoting the "get one, give one" I HEART JAPAN TENUGUI PROJECT and the TOHOKU COTTON PROJECT.
