Goals

• Proficiency in listening comprehension for the language commonly used in customer services. 

• Proficiency in reading emails from business partners and clients including prospective entities.  

• Effectively convey the respect for the other person by using honorific forms and humble forms in the following situations 

  • Conversation with clients. 

  • Writing emails in appropriate language formats. 

This class will meet from 6:30 - 8:30 PM on Tuesdays from 10/20 to 12/15 (no lesson on 11/24).
