What time does JASH BASH 2022 begin?
The Ballpark Tour for those who RSVP will begin from 5:30 PM.
Reception | Silent Auction starts at 6:00 PM.
Seated dinner and program will begin from 7:10 PM.
Where can I park?
There will be complimentary valet services for all JASH BASH 2022 guests.
Valet parking will be accessible through the DIAMOND LOT SOUTH entrance located near the intersection of TEXAS AVE. and HAMILTON ST.

Those using ridesharing or chauffeur services can also gain access to Minute Maid Park using the PREMIUM ENTRANCE GATE.
Will I receive my tickets in the mail?
There are no physical tickets for JASH BASH 2022.
Your name will be on the JASH BASH 2022 guest list at check-in. When you check in you will receive your table number for the seated portion of the event.
What can I expect from the event?
In addition to serving as a celebration of Japanese culture in Houston, JASH BASH 2022 will provide a behind-the-scenes look at MINUTE MAID PARK.
Tour the ASTROS LOCKER ROOM, snap a photo with the MLB COMISSIONER’S TROPHY, and take a swing in the BATTING CAGE.

What should I wear?
While cocktail attire will make JASH BASH 2022 more festive, it is not required. Business attire is also acceptable.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please contact lhurley@jas-hou.org by November 8 with any dietary restrictions so that JASH may alert the kitchen to any recommendations or food allergies.
What is the fair market value of my ticket?
The JASH BASH Fair Market Value of per person is $150. Japan-America Society of Houston is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, Tax ID #23-7120557.
