Join JASH at Evelyn’s Park on the second Saturday of every month to experience the art of origami!
Each session will have a theme highlighting a specific Japanese holiday or celebration. Participants of all ages can enjoy mastering this artform through three designs of various difficulty. From beginners to advanced practitioners, there is an origami pattern for everyone.
November Theme: Thanksgiving Day
Thanksgiving is a special time for family gatherings and sharing a delicious meal together. To add a Japanese touch to the festive season, join us in creating special Thanksgiving-themed origami to share and enjoy with family and friends. This hands-on seasonal activity is a fun way to celebrate the holiday, express your creativity, and make your Thanksgiving even more memorable.
Three (3) origami patterns ranging from beginner to advanced are available for participants to enjoy. Make a turkey, a roasted turkey, and a pumpkin!
